I used the Tape It stamp set wood #130712 clear #130715 and Birthday Candles Jumbo Wheel #130111.  The Bird Builder Punch # 117191 wing is the flame. 

The largest scallop heart from the Hearts Collection Framelilts #125599 made the point 

that fits in behind the card to hold the sack closed
